Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Contract Portal (“Company,” “we” or “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use this website and the client portal.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services:

  • Contact and account details you give us, such as your name, business name, email address and phone number.
  • Your answers to our questionnaires, the documents you upload, and the messages you send through the client portal.
  • Purchase records, such as the services you bought and when. Card details are entered with our payment processor, and Company does not store full card numbers.
  • Basic technical information sent by your browser when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.

How we use your information

Company uses your information to prepare and deliver the documents you request, to communicate with you about your matter, to process payments, to keep your account secure, and to meet our legal and professional obligations.

Company may use software, including AI tools, to help prepare first drafts. A licensed attorney reviews every document before it is released to you.

Keeping your matter confidential

Information about your matter is kept confidential. Your questionnaire answers, documents and messages are visible only to you, the people you authorize in your account, and the Company personnel working on your matter.

Email notices tell you only that something is waiting for you. They never include message text, document names or attachments. Sign in to the client portal to see the details.

When we share information

Company does not sell your personal information. Company shares it only with service providers that host this website, store files, process payments, send email and support document preparation, and only so they can perform those services for us. Company may also disclose information when the law or professional rules require it.

Cookies

Company uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to make this website work. Company does not use advertising cookies.

A functional cookie remembers which sign-in method you last used on this device; it doesn't contain your email. [Placeholder pending attorney approval.]

How long we keep information

Company keeps your information for as long as your account is open and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and professional record-keeping obligations.

How we protect information

Files are kept in private storage and are opened only through short-lived links after you sign in. Access to your matter is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but Company works to protect your information and reviews its safeguards regularly.

Your choices

You can review and update your account details in the client portal, and change which email notices you receive. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of information Company is not required to keep, contact us at the address below.
