Louisiana business law firm
Get the work in writing before the argument starts.
A licensed Louisiana attorney drafts or reviews your business contract. You know the price before work begins, and the legal work is built around how your business actually operates.

Built around your business
The form does not know how your business works. Your attorney should.
Your attorney asks how the business actually runs, decides how each answer should be handled, and writes that decision into the agreement.
If the customer asks for work outside the original scope, how do you approve and price it?
- Written change order before the work
- Text or email approval
- Verbal OK on site
- Recommend for me
Allow approval by text or email, but the same message must state the added price or how it will be priced. Extra work does not start until the customer replies.

9. Changes to the Work
Customer may request additional work at any time. Contractor will not begin additional work until Customer approves the added price, or the method for pricing it, in writing, which includes text message or email.

Published fees
The price is on the page before you start.
Standard services have a fixed legal fee. Work that depends on someone else's document gets a fixed quote first. You approve it before any work begins.
The difference
Not a template. Not an open-ended meter.
Template or general AI
- A fast first pass.
- No attorney responsible for applying legal judgment to your matter.
- You have to know what to ask.
Traditional hourly process
- Real legal judgment.
- Price, scope, or the final bill can be harder to predict.
Contract Portal
- A real attorney.
- A defined scope.
- A fixed price or fixed quote before work starts.
- Built around your business.
Your attorney
The attorney is part of the service. Not an add-on at the end.
Technology organizes the process. Your attorney is responsible for the legal judgment and the final work.
Contract Review
They sent the contract. Have a Louisiana attorney read it before you sign.
Tell us what the deal is and what you were asked to sign. An attorney scopes the review and sends a fixed quote before any work begins.
- What can cost you money?
- What are you responsible for?
- What locks you in?
- What protection is missing?
No charge and no card to request a quote.

Questions
Fair questions
Is this a law firm or a form website?
A law firm. You become a client through an engagement, a licensed Louisiana attorney is responsible for the legal work, and what you tell us is confidential.
Will the price change after I start?
Not for the stated scope. Standard services have a published fixed fee. Work that needs scoping gets a fixed quote, and you approve it before any work begins.
Are there required costs beyond the legal fee?
Some services have a government filing fee, such as forming an LLC. Where one applies, it is shown next to the price. Optional enhancements are listed separately and are your choice.
Do I need a subscription?
No. No subscription is required to hire the firm. Contract Workspace is a separate, optional service for businesses that reuse attorney-approved agreement terms.
Do you use AI or automation?
Technology makes the process more efficient. A licensed attorney remains responsible for the legal judgment and the final work.
I already used ChatGPT to look at my contract. Is that a problem?
Not at all. It can be a useful first look. What the firm adds is a licensed attorney who applies legal judgment to your situation and is responsible for the result.
